a very comfortable stay!
easy access king-size bed quality linen
the location allowed easy access to both shopping areas and the elbphilharmonie. our room included a king-size bed and a sofa bed, perfect for our family. the bed linen felt very high quality, which definitely contributed to a premium experience.
The minibar was empty. I needed to go to reception to get drinks.

direct train short walk huge choice every food option
The location proved perfect. A direct train took me within a short walk to the hotel after I landed. The hotel is close to the old town and harbor area. The breakfast buffet offered a huge choice, covering every food option. I found it worth paying extra for the breakfast.

The location is VERY central. It made getting around VERY easy. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. I also found the room to be quite generous in size.
The mini bar was empty. I had to get drinks myself at the reception, and it was quite expensive. The remote for the TV did not work. I called the reception ten times, but there was no answer.

the superior suite was very spacious. it had a great view from the window. breakfast included many options. it had both sweet and savory choices. the staff was helpful (especially with directions).
the minibar was empty upon arrival. i had to request it to be filled. the gym was small. it had limited equipment. the restaurant prices were high. i found them expensive compared to nearby options.

The room featured modern charging points and ample space. Water pressure in the shower was great. Lighting was effective. The breakfast selection was extensive with many choices. The location offered a short walk to tourist spots.
The check-in process had a delay, with a twenty-minute queue. This seemed long for a hotel of this tier. The minibar was also empty upon arrival.

fantastic stay!
great location polite staff good breakfast tea corner
I found the location really good. It is in the very city center. both u-bahn and s-bahn stations are very close. some staff members were very polite and professional, especially the late-shift reception man and the baggage handler. breakfast had a good variety. I liked the tea corner and the glass of milk available.
the pillows and bed weren't luxurious, just okay. i thought the rooms needed painting, as they were a bit scuffed. the bathroom seemed a bit dated to me. also, the soaps weren't amazing.

the gym has a great view of key landmarks! the location is excellent and very central. it is close to shopping areas and restaurants, only two minutes from the s-bahn station and near the central train station.
