easy accessking-size bedquality linen
the location allowed easy access to both shopping areas and the elbphilharmonie. our room included a king-size bed and a sofa bed, perfect for our family. the bed linen felt very high quality, which definitely contributed to a premium experience.
The minibar was empty. I needed to go to reception to get drinks.

The location proved perfect. A direct train took me within a short walk to the hotel after I landed. The hotel is close to the old town and harbor area. The breakfast buffet offered a huge choice, covering every food option. I found it worth paying extra for the breakfast.

The location is VERY central. It made getting around VERY easy. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. I also found the room to be quite generous in size.
The mini bar was empty. I had to get drinks myself at the reception, and it was quite expensive. The remote for the TV did not work. I called the reception ten times, but there was no answer.

the superior suite was very spacious. it had a great view from the window. breakfast included many options. it had both sweet and savory choices. the staff was helpful (especially with directions).

I found the location really good. It is in the very city center. both u-bahn and s-bahn stations are very close. some staff members were very polite and professional, especially the late-shift reception man and the baggage handler. breakfast had a good variety. I liked the tea corner and the glass of milk available.
the pillows and bed weren't luxurious, just okay. i thought the rooms needed painting, as they were a bit scuffed. the bathroom seemed a bit dated to me. also, the soaps weren't amazing.
